The client, Canterbury Cathedral, has asked for a new community center to be designed for them. Emma Pennington, who is the spirituality adviser for the diocese and an are dean especially wanted a space for the homeless who need help and care. The site is located in Canterbury, Kent, South East. The client is interested in exploring a different perspective that represents what they want to achieve and how it will affect the homeless. A modernist and solution-oriented structure will be undertaken.
With the request of the the client Canterbury Cathedral, community center is created.Encourage local homeless to the city is aimed. With this cultural improvement, city of Canterbury will solve it’s homeless problems. They will have a job and accommodation space in this area and will be able to integrate in life. Moreover, Canterbury will solve its all problems, new technological systems are used (solar energy, green energy, transport strategy)
